Pathway to Medicine, donated over 150 bags containing lotions, toothpastes, toothbrushes, hair ties, and hard candy to Scottish Pines Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. Packaging them on December 11th and delivering them on December 12th. Our members worked together to make and deliver these bags to each patient. Members were able to visit each patient room to spread Christmas joy and connect with the community, learning the value of responding to community needs. We value this opportunity! Thank you to all who donated and Merry Christmas from PTM 🎄✨
Support the fighters. Admire the survivors. Honor the taken. On October 16th, 2025, our club members showed what it means to do these things. Our members wore pink and shared ribbon pins with classmates, to honor those who have battled breast cancer. Additionally, we decorated ribbons and posters to show our support. Afterschool, we prepared and delivered fresh flowers to Scotland Memorial’s Cancer Treatment Center with heartfelt personal messages.
Pathway to Medicine hosted it's first assembly in September. Mrs. Felicia, BSN, RNC, MNN and Dr. Scierra, D.O., gave valuable insight to 36 assembly attendees about their personal pathway to medicine. A study following this assembly showed 84.7% of attendees agreeing that they felt more informed about their career outlook. This marks a great achievement in our club, as one of our primary focuses was making students more confident in their career choices.
